Product Quality
We guarantee that our products are of the highest quality. However, please note that natural hair extensions may vary in color and texture due to the natural variations in hair. We do not accept returns for minor variations in color and texture.

Payments
We accept payments via various modes such as credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other online payment methods. We use secure payment gateways to ensure the safety of your transactions.
Shippings
We provide free shipping on all orders in India. We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your product reaches you safely and on time. Once we receive the order, we will dispatch the product within 24 hours, and it will take 3-7 business days to reach you.
Return & Refund
We accept returns only if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Customers have to notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. The return process will take place only after the confirmation from the customer. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process the refund. Please note that we will deduct a 30% surcharge on the refunded amount.
